I’ve been trying to eat healthier and cut out the crap that goes into my body, which sounds funny since I write a blog about pizza and cupcakes. But the fact is, you CAN have your cake AND eat it too!
According to a study at Tel Aviv University, if you want to lose weight, eat dessert first thing in the morning. It may sound crazy at first, but think about it. I eat my heavy and most calorie dense meals in the morning, so I burn them off throughout the day. I eat lighter foods as the day goes on. Make sense? I think so. I’m not going to lie either, who doesn’t want cake and ice cream for breakfast?! I’ve tried it, and it just seems sooo right. 🙂
